So when the Liberal-dominated Senate...

...starts monkeying with Stephen Harper's "tough on crime" legislation... how does that make you feel?
"He admitted to stealing $10.5-million from one client and helping another to revive a $270-million Ponzi scheme that had been shut down south of the border."

"Although given the maximum sentence of 10 years when he was convicted in October, 2006, he served just 18 months in a minimum-security prison."

"He also failed to recover the millions of dollars he was asked, as part of his plea bargain, to track down as restitution for his victims."
Oh Canada.
