B.C. prosecutes evil Mark Steyn...

And lets this sociopath out to frolic with humanity...
A "butcher" who savagely mutilated a Toronto woman he met in a bar 20 years ago can go home to stay with his wife and daughter for four days a week in B.C., the National Parole Board has ruled.

Gary Joseph Yaeck, 50, formerly of Mississauga, was convicted of second-degree murder in the May 1988 slaying of Lily Gruicic, who was stabbed 56 times. He was sentenced to life in prison with no parole for at least 20 years.
I'm beginning to understand why British Columbia is "sockpuppet heaven."
