Because we certainly wouldn't want...

To make her feel uncomfortable...
-- BELLEVILLE -- A 22-year-old woman faces a charge of prostitution after an incident in the downtown core early Friday.

Police said the woman - whose name was withheld - was charged with "communicating for the purpose of prostitution"
shortly before 2 a.m.

She was released on conditions with a court date later this month.
It used to be that public shaming was part of the incentive not to break the law.

For example... if you knew that your friends and family were gonna hear all about your exploits as a hooker... it might actually engender second thoughts about... I dunno... a career in retail, or Tim Hortons, or whatever.

Now, apparently... at the behest of the fuzzy-bunny left... we're all about the rehabilitation. Everyone is a victim and no one is really responsible for screwing up.

Yeah... that's really working out for us, huh?
