Somebody help me out here

Isn't this where Taliban Jack says we should redeploy all our troops and government aid?
-- Jan. 1 (Bloomberg) -- A U.S. diplomat and a Sudanese national were shot and killed in Khartoum, Sudan's capital, a spokesman for the U.S. embassy said.

The American, who worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development, was wounded in the shooting this morning and died in the afternoon.

Sudan's foreign ministry said the diplomat was shot five times, in the hand, shoulder and belly, the Associated Press reported. The Sudanese man was his driver, the AP said.
I've got an idea. Maybe we could get Jack and Olivia to do a little reconnoitering over there... before we actually put any "ass in the grass".
The four-year-old conflict in Sudan's Darfur region, west of the capital, has triggered the deaths of more than 200,000 people and driven 2.2 million from their homes, according to the United Nations.
C'mon Jacko, you old smoothie... they're gonna love you over there.

-- NAIROBI -- The mob struck in broad daylight Tuesday, setting fire to the church where hundreds of terrified people had taken refuge. Screams filled the air. Even children were burned alive.

Those caught trying to escape the flames — or helping rescue victims inside — were hunted down and hacked with machetes.

“The worst part is that they were hacking people and then setting them on fire.”
