Call me cynical...

Expired drugs, unlicensed nurses, stray cats and scuttling rats...
My first thought here after stumbling across this piece, was that Stephen Taylor must've shot more late-night video at the Liberal leadership convention... alas it was not to be.

It's actually about the state of the Italian healthcare system... which is looking more and more like a sick old man.

Not that I'm gonna make any excuses for it here, but the Canadian system looks a little less shabby when you compare it with some others around the world.

Not that it excuses a 7 hour ER wait with a fever sick child.
